When I buy your product(s) how do I get them at my home?

When you place an order and your payment is successful you receive an email within 5 minutes. This email contains your download link. Click on it and you will be taken to the download area of our website. There you will find the products you bought.

I didn't receive any download link after I bought a product from your website.

Please check your spam folder! It sometimes happens our automatic reply, which contains your download link, ends up in the spam folder (junk mail).

Do you add VAT to the price of your products?

Yes we do since this is mandatory for European companies. We are located in the Netherlands so we have to add 21% VAT to every purchase. The prices you see in our shop are included VAT.

I have a European company with a valid VAT number. Can I buy VAT free?

Yes you can. During check out when you fill out your personal details you can add the name of your company and its valid VAT number. The VAT will be deducted during payment.

Please note that you have to fill out the correct address the company is registered at. Otherwise you are not able to buy VAT free.

Also Dutch companies cannot buy VAT free in the Netherlands.

Which payment system do you use?

We use Mollie, an online payment service which handles our payments. You can pay with PayPal, all mayor Credit Cards, iDeal and Apple Pay

I have coupon for your shop. How can I use it?

Go to your cart and below you can enter your coupon code. Press the √ button and if the coupon is valid you are good to go!

Why do I need to give my phone number when I buy something from your store?

Sometimes email contact does not work and we need to get in contact with you. For example when our emails end up in your spam folder. If this happens we can call or text you.

Can I return a product which I bought?

Since we only sell digital products which can be duplicated we are not able to accept returns. So please read the product page carefully. If you have any questions regarding our products feel free to contact us.

I have a suggestion for a new product. Can I summit my idea with you?

Yes, we are always interested in creating new products. So if you have a good suggestion please let us know!

How do I install your product(s)?

Every product we sell comes with a detailed installation instructions (in pdf form). For most products you can download the installation instructions from the product page.

I send you a message via the contact form on your website but I have not received a reply yet.

We try to reply every message within 48 hours during business days. However, we are a small company so sometimes it might take a little longer. If you haven't received a reply from us within 2 days please try again.

Do you use cookies on your website and if so why?

Yes we do use cookies but only for our shop area. We use this cookie so your browser will remember what is in your cart after you have quit the browser. After two days the cookie will not work anymore.
